MACARONI CHEESE

Ingredient :
30 gram butter
250 gram mince beef
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 cups milk
4 cups cooked macaroni
1 zucchini, finely chopped
1,5 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon packaged breadcrumbs

- Melt butter in a pan. Add mince beef and cook 5 minutes
- Add flour and stir for 3 minutes
- Add milk a little at a time. Keep stirring
- Stir until sauce boils and is thick. Take pan off heat
- Add macaroni, zucchini and 1 cup cheese, mix well
- Turn oven to 180 celcius (350 F). Spoon into a shallow ovenproof dish
- Sprinkle with the cheese and breadcrumbs
- Bake 25 minutes or until golden. Serve hot
